The Pre-Valentine’s Day menu features the irresistible antipasti of Alaska king crab salad served with fennel, chervil elisir and smoked salmon roe. The main course presents a choice of the exquisite Italian seabass or the succulent Sanchoku wagyu beef striploin. The evening concludes with the beautiful Ruby chocolate mousse with Fudge brownie and Japanese strawberry.
Highlights of the Valentine’s Day evening include not one but two impeccable produce from the sea and land – Wild Mediterranean seabass and A4 Kagoshima wagyu beef striploin.
