Highlights include an irresistible ensemble ofChilled Angel Hairpasta served with ikura, crabmeat, and kombu. The main course offers a choice of succulentAngus Ribeye, served medium rare, paired with pomme mousseline, crunchy garlic sprouts, and a red wine sauce that complements the rich flavours of the beef. The team atZafferanohas specially curated a Pre-Valentine’s Day Dinner menu, offering 3-course ($128++ per person) and 4-course ($168++ per person) dinner sets which will be available on 13 Feb, as well as a Say ‘Ti Amo’ Valentine’s Day Dinner menu, offering 3-course ($148++ per person) and 5-course ($298++ per person) fares, which will be available on 14 Feb 2021.
The Pre-Valentine’s Day menu features the irresistible antipasti of Alaska king crab salad served with fennel, chervil elisir and smoked salmon roe. The main course presents a choice of the exquisite Italian seabass or the succulent Sanchoku wagyu beef striploin. The evening concludes with the beautiful Ruby chocolate mousse with Fudge brownie and Japanese strawberry.
Highlights of the Valentine’s Day evening include not one but two impeccable produce from the sea and land – Wild Mediterranean seabass and A4 Kagoshima wagyu beef striploin. Also on the menu is a trio of amuse bouche – the crispy Hokkaido scallop, Marsala marinated foie gras with nashi pear and saffron, and Buffalo mozzarella served with fermented black truffle.

Curated by Executive Chef Martí Carlos Martínez and team, the Valentine’s Day meal begins with a glass ofcava, followed by an ambrosial starter offoie grascomplemented with the bright flavours of green apple foam. The second tapa,mushroom soup, is served refreshingly chilled and topped with crispy pork skin. Diners and their Valentines will adore Gaig’straditional cannelloni– a rich, luscious dish, and a signature of the restaurant since 1869.
