The flight Asuncion SantaCruz arrived with 7 hours delay because of a technicsl problem (it was a 90 minutes flight) The flight Santa Cruz to Asuncion took off and when back after 1 hour flight because of crash window in the cockpit. I think this is not a matter of bad luck but a problem of lack of respect of maintenance procedure... Wont fly with them ever again."

Ventajas: "The woman at the check in counter was amazing. She saved us from missing our connecting flight. Unfortunately, the boarding process was horrible and took a very long time."

After wasting 2 hours with VAYANA on the phone calling internationally, they agreed to deduct 50% on the additional increase. Which is not fair considering we book the ticket and never got an official notice within the 24hr window."

Ventajas: "Comfortable wide seats. Fantastic staff and lovely attitude of flight crew. Pleasant in this age of over exposure to screens to have peace and quiet on a flight! A bit like flying 15years ago in many regards, including not having online check-in but the process was so easy and pleasant that it makes it unnecessary."

Desventajas: "Old planes, long flight with no entertainment, paid for exit row seat & directed to move because we don't speak Spanish. Totally understand this, but there should have been something on the booking site to alert us to the fact that we would not be allowed to sit in that row. It's irritating when you pay for something, you think you're going to get it, and then it's refused to you, when the situation could have been easily avoided in the first place."

Desventajas: "Despite the Santa Cruz airport only having two international flights leaving that night we started boarding 20 min after the scheduled departure time. The plane was at the gate 4:30 hours before the scheduled flight time."

Desventajas: "No can beverages, small cup of water. Sporting luggage is charged for oversize even if you are taking skis. The plane is a small one, no entertainment, poor food. If you are connecting in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, the airport over there is so small and you cant even charge your phone."

Ventajas: "When I arrived at the check-in, Boa told me that I was not on the 16:25 hour flight although I booked for it but on the 13:55 of the same day. I have not been warned at any time and by any mean (no mail, no sms) of that change and I had to pay a 30 usd penalty in order to take the flight I ordered (otherwise I would have been stuck in La Paz)"

Desventajas: "Si se acepta una valija de cabina desde España a Bolivia, porque cuando se aborda Santa Cruz-Cochabamba, en algunos casos no se acepta, peor aun cuando se diferencia a personas, vía por ejemplo que justamente a un pasajero antes se le acepta ingresar a cabina una valija fuera de las dimensiones de norma y a mi se me niega la misma valija de cabina con las dimensiones establecidas, para ser llevada en buzón, normalmente esta valija se lleva en la mano por las cosas delicadas que se trae y una cosa de estas enfada de sobremanera.............."
